Proteros Biostructures GmbH
A comprehensive suite of enzymatic and biophysical assays and screening technologies to identify binders and characterize ligand-target interactions with precision. Technologies include one of the largest SPR facilities in the world for true high-throughput SPR, a curated 186k library that can be screened in as little as two weeks, crystallographic fragment screening (CFS), ¹⁹F-NMR for fragment screening, mass spectrometry (ASMS and RapidFire) for covalent and non-covalent compounds screening, a suite of assays (reporter displacement assay, HTRF, nanoBRET) to address PPIs, PROTACs, and molecular glues, functional enzymatic assays across all major optical readouts, and thermal stability assays (nanoDSF and TSA) and a wide selection of orthogonal biophysical assays (ITC, MST, FP).
Curated libraries span a 190k centroid-based and 150k cluster-based collection, combinable into a single 345k non-covalent screen, a 4,100-compound covalent library, a 3,577-compound drug-repurposing set, and fragment collections matched to method: 3,000 for biophysical screening, 1,280 fluorinated for ¹⁹F-NMR, and 480 for CFS. Customer and third-party libraries can be screened as an alternative or in addition
