Its expertise spans a wide range of target classes, including enzymes, RNA- and DNA-binding proteins, scaffolding proteins, transcription factors, and receptors. Particularly high success rates can be achieved through Proteros’ sophisticated crystallographic fragment screening (CFS) platform, which combines high-throughput structural screening with structure-based, one-step fragment expansion toward lead-like compounds. In parallel, Proteros operates one of the largest SPR facilities in the world, enabling library screening at HTS scale. Combined with proprietary data analysis workflows, this capability allows the identification of unique and actionable binders, including chemical matter that may be challenging to discover using conventional approaches.
